When we started in 2013, we saw a gap in the market. Too many shippers were dealing with unreliable carriers, poor communication, and a lack of visibility — especially on cross-border lanes between Canada and the USA. They weren't looking for the cheapest option. They were looking for consistency, accountability, and a team that would show up every time.
That's the problem we set out to solve.
